We can have the direct coating on the plastic substrate, such as ABS, PC, PBT, PE, PP, PA66, &so on.Then It has a protective coating after the aluminum film. There is no need to have the primer spay /top coating (no spraying equipment investment).
Dropping of NaOH solution with 1%’s concentration for ten minutes, the aluminum layer will not corrode /put it into the deionized water for 96 hours, the aluminum layer will not come off.
