Vacuum hot-press sintering furnace is widely used in powder
metallurgy industry. The device combine the advantages of vacuum,
hot pressing & high temperature sintering together, & it is
appropriate for the forming & sintering processor in an oxygen
enrichment atmosphere. It is ideal equipment for pole materials,
nano-ceramic materials, Nd-Fe-B materials, & other new
materials.

Structural characteristics:
The device uses vertical structure of water-cooled furnace shell,
whose inner wall is made of stainless steel. It has beautiful
appearance & convenient installation;
The hydraulic input can use the manual / automatic adjustment
method, which is able to achieve continuous pressure maintaining,
pressurizing automatically, & control the speed of ascending
&descending according to the procedure, &control the
displacement position &other difficult actions. The main
controlling components are imported products& the temperature
controlling could be divided into two sections. The low temperature
section is tungsten-rhenium high temperature thermocouples while
the high temperature section is infrared thermo detector, by which,
the data of the temperature, the pressure, the speed of ascending
& descending, the distance of the displacement&the vacuum
could be displayed, controlled, & recorded on the Man-Machine Interface (touch screen) of industrial control computer. In addition, with
the help of PLC, you may control the relative actions
automatically, so the operation is reliable &the structure is
advanced.
